Heat Waves *EnglandxReader*
"Arthur," you mumbled through your pillow. "I hate this vacation. I hate it so much."
You were in your room, in your cool, air conditioned house. You were on your bed, wearing a pair of (f/c) shorts and your favorite tank top. You were currently curled up on your bed, hugging your pillow against your face. Your best friend, Arthur Kirkland, gentleman, Briton, bad cook, was in your room with you, sitting on the desk chair next to your desk and trying to comfort you.
Because not only had this been a boring vacation so far, with you being in your house almost twenty-four-seven, and all your friends (even Arthur for a bit) going to various plac

Not That Drunk
"Stupid Arthur " you grumbled to yourself, taking another swig of your drink, effectively finishing your 4th beer. " And that stupid, freakin' police force, I tell ya *hic* now, they've stolen my best friend!"
Sighing, you crossed your arms on the bar and nestled your head in comfortably. When you felt someone gently tap you on the shoulder you looked up to see Mathias, a regular at the pub, grinning down at you.
"Hey _____," he said, cheerfully running a hand through his sexy gelled up blonde hair. "Where's Sergeant Bushy-Brows?"
You scoffed at the mention of Arthur and straightened up on your s

Japan x Reader : Sickness
Kiku knocked on your bedroom door politely and waited to hear you give him permission to enter. You had come down with a nasty cold, which seemed hell-bent on making you as miserable as it possibly could and were stuck in bed with it, which caused Kiku to insist that he looked after you
"C-come in" You wheezed
He opened the door and looked at you. You were drenched in sweat and curled up in the bed sheets. It was a horrible sight in Kiku's mind. He hated seeing you suffer this way
"How are you?" He asked, coming into the room
You coughed hoarsely and you looked at Kiku with a smile
"I don't know how to answer that without complaining" Yo

You were feeling a tad bit melancholy. You would be leaving Tokyo tonight and heading back to the USA and your old life of work, study, eat, study, work, work and sleep. Not the most exciting life ever and you didn't even have a boyfriend back there anymore. Although you were now thoroughly over Alfred. He was a great guy, but he wasn't your guy. He was your friend. Your best friend. A sweet lovable puppy dog. But not your man. If anyone was for you it was Kiku. He was the best guy you'd ever met you'd decided.
You were heading to a little tiny park you had found early on in your trip, one of the few places you had been to wi

Readers POV
The sun was just begin to rise over the horizon, and cast a purple, orange and red color over the sky and the clouds. The ground was wet with dew and deers feasted upon the moist blades of bright green grass. The dead brown leaves lying on the ground lost their crunch in the early morning while they were still wet, and they stuck to you feet and legs; a sensation you could easily live without.
Despite the earliness of the morning the tribe was already bustling. Many women had been up for quite a while already, making breakfast to feed the hungry hoards going out to hunt and harvest during the morning and early afternoon hours.

He was terrified. The two braves who had grabbed him jerked him around until he was sitting on the ground with his hand tied securely behind the stake. He could probably wrestle himself into a standing position if he worked hard, but it would be painful and it wouldn't help anything. He would still be tied to the stake. The stake would still be much too tall for him to get his tied hands over. The ropes (or some sort of leather... He didn't really know what they had used, all he knew was that it was tough) dug into his wrists, already beginning to bruise them. If he struggled too much it would probably break his skin. If nothin

It was a gorgeous day. You were out riding your mothers horse. You really wished you had your own horse, but you would take what you could get. Sometimes you felt your father was far too protective of you. He just barely let you ride your mothers old horse alone, though you were a very good rider. But on the upside, it had also drove him to teach you how to shoot arrows, throw tomahawks, hunt, and all of the necessary survival skills that normal girls from your tribe did not know.
The meadow you were riding in was wonderful. The backend was surrounded by forest and to the front were hills until they faded into mountains in the d

"Alright, Jamie. I'll pay attention. I don't see how you're going to be able to make me believe, though," you say, becoming a bit melancholy. The cold gets you like this sometimes. Brings you down. Usually not though, so you're hopeful that after Jamie's done, you'll get back to doing fun things.
"First things first. Do you know what Jack Frost does?" He asks.
"Well, he supposedly brings the frost, of course, and snow. Can't he make wind, too? I think I read that in a children's book or something once, a long time ago. Basically, he changes the season to winter." Jamie nods, content with your answer. Just then, a cold wind star

It had been almost three months since Kiku had found you working at McDonalds that day. Kiku had called his family and arranged for them to send all of his things to [city]. He had found a small house (not an apartment! A real house) that he could afford with what he had saved up after two years working at McDonalds (seriously, when the only things you have to buy are food and clothing you get a lot of money saved up in two years). He had also transferred to a college within your state. It wasn't as prestigious or reputable as the one he had left, but he still got a full s
Japan's POV
"_____~! I brought someone to see you!" Alfred called out loudly as he stepped into the room.
"Alfred, she's not here right now." the same voice said as Kiku stepped inside and pushed the door closed. A woman with graying (h/c) hair wearing a apron and wiping her hands on a dish towel came out of what Kiku guessed was a kitchen. Her face reminded Kiku a lot of _____'s. It wasn't so much like hers that he would think that's what _____ would look like when she got to her late forties (at least that's what he guessed her age was. He wasn't entirely sure) , but it was enough that he would bet she was her mother, or at least related
